Amy Meeks

Amy Meeks serves as Event Coordinator for the Voinovich School, where she manages a diverse portfolio of events in virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. In her role, she manages planning and logistics, coordinates public relations initiatives, and oversees event budgets and data collection. She collaborates closely with program leaders, staff, and students, while fostering strong relationships with university leadership, elected officials, and agency heads.

After retiring from Ohio University in 2022 following 33 years of service in multiple roles, including executive assistant in the Office of the Vice President for Research and Creative Activity, Amy returned to join the Voinovich School in October 2024. She holds both a B.S. in Journalism from the Scripps College of Communication (2013) and an M.A. in Organizational Communication (2016) from Ohio University.
