The goal of the OAC-PLN Straight A project is to accelerate student achievement by increasing access to advanced learning and effective instruction through a networked 6-12 grade, high quality blended learning and dual enrollment system. Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs serves as the external evaluator of the project. The comprehensive evaluation tracks both implementation and outcomes of this multi-year initiative. In 2015-16, the evaluation team conducted site visits to six OAC-PLN districts and analyzed data on teacher credentialing, dual credit course offerings, graduation, and student success metrics.
