LaChaun Banks

LaChaun J. Banks serves as the first ever Director for Equity and Inclusion for Harvard University’s Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation. She also works for the Center’s Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative where she manages the deployment and adoption of the newly launched City Leader Guide for Equitable Economic Development. She received her MPA from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and MBA, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
