Participation in F45 Training requires an F45 Membership

WELCOME TO OU F45!

F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of 27 different 45-minute workout experiences, with more in development! This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

F45 strategically splits their workouts into four different categories: Cardio, Resistance, Hybrid, and Recovery. This strategic approach to F45 programming allows for variation in the workout experience, consistency in the program's challenge, and a fun experience for participants of all fitness levels!

Cardio: Mon, Wed, Fri

Resistance: Tues, Thurs, Sun

Hybrid: Sat

Recovery: Sat

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Please be sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before start time. No late arrivals will be permitted in class and doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins

Recommended to please bring your own water bottle and towel

Must be a current member or purchase a day pass to Ping Recreation Center in order to register and attend group fitness classes.

Every Group Fitness class requires pre-registration. Registration for each Group Fitness class opens 23 hours in advance of the scheduled start time . You can reserve your spot by selecting 'Register' under the desired date/time below.

Plan to arrive 15 minutes ahead of class start to allow enough time for check-in

Pre-registered particiants MUST arrive ON-TIME or risk losing their spot to participants on the STANDBY list.
