Research Interests:

I am a psychologist who investigates how social (e.g., social identity, social integration into groups) and affective (e.g., emotion regulation, emotion beliefs) processes relate to mental health and well-being among all people. I use this knowledge to inform how to keep all people healthy and promote their thriving.
