Focused on organizational leadership, Ohio University's Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies in Organizational Studies (BTAS) degree is an online program designed for associate degree graduates who want to further their education and advance their careers.
The program provides you with knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to get ahead in your chosen career and integrates the technical skills developed within associate degree programs with the professional skills in a bachelor’s degree program. The BTAS utilizes 60 semester hours of associate degree credit, of which a minimum of 24 semester hours must be in a technical field. This flexible online format allows you to pace your classes to fit your life and career. Prior college credits often transfer, allowing you to finish your degree more quickly.

Admission Requirements
To apply to the BTAS program, students must have completed an associate degree or 60 semester hours of college credit and have a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher.
If you are not currently enrolled at Ohio University, you will need to complete an application for admission through Undergraduate Admissions or through a student services office at one of the regional campuses.
