Michael Finney

Michael Finney is in charge of grants management, fiscal management, facilities, information technology and new project development activities for the Voinovich School. As a staff member since 1985, Michael has also designed and created computer mapping and geographic information systems (GIS), including the integration of large databases such as census data, environmental data and welfare data. He has taught workshops on the use of GIS and computer mapping, survey research and applied information management as well. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Geography and a master's degree in Environmental Sciences, both from Ohio University.
