BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT:
The Applied Biosystems StepOnePlus is a 96-well real-time quantitative PCR system with LED-based 4 color (FAM/SYBR Green, VIC/JOE, ROX, and NED/TAMRA dyes) optical readings. The StepOnePlus is equipped with VeriFlex blocks providing 6 independently controllable blocks for probes and primers that are optimized at different annealing temperatures.
