Scope and Contents
Extension Divison includes class outlines, U.S. Armed Forces Institute information, course descriptions and contracts. The Extended Learning Program allowed students to work towards a degree through forms of independent study. Programs within the ELP were the beginnings of Independent Study Through Correspondence (correspondence courses) or Course Credit by Examination.
