Scope and Contents

Administration contains brochures, correspondence, memoranda, course planning and course descriptions. Because these records are not processed, boxes that contain confidential student information are not available to researchers at this time. Southern Ohio Correctional Facility contains programming proposals from the Office of Continuing Education to the Ohio Department of Education for college courses at this facility beginning in 1972. This subseries also includes curriculum outlines developed by Ohio University faculty; and research reports. Of note is correspondence between the program and boxing promoter Don King regarding his possible participation in the sports programming.
