Scope and Contents
Chief of Staff Files: Paul Mifsud and Curt Steiner
Two persons served as chief of staff in the Voinovich Administration: Paul Mifsud and Curt Steiner. Mifsud was the chief of staff from the beginning of the administration until he resigned when indicted for obstruction of justice. Curt Steiner was the governor’s first director of communications and press secretary until he became chief of staff.
The Mifsud files consist of a partial box with a very miscellaneous collection of materials. The rest of the files were taken over by Steiner. The Steiner files are subject files (4 cu. ft.)
