Sub-Series 9.2: Department Files

The records are arranged in the order in which they were received. The records are in three groups: state departments’ legal issues; general issues; and, loan and grant meeting. The state departments’ files are arranged in rough alphabetic order by state depart name and rough alphabetic order by subject. The general issues files are in no particular order. The loan and grant meeting files are also in no particular order. The files contain correspondence, reports, minutes, memos, budgets, and handbooks.
