Series 4: Organization Co-Hosted Events

Series 4 contains documents related to joint event planning and hosting. Some highlights include: On October 9, 2021, the three organizations walked in the Athens Homecoming Parade for the first time. On February 12, 2022, the three organizations hosted a Lunar New Year celebration. On April 11-15, 2022, the organizations hosted Ohio University's first Asian American/Pacific Islander Heritage Week since AAPI Heritage Month is in May when semester classes are no longer in session. On May 14, 2022, the organizations hosted a movie screening of “Turning Red” for the Athens community and families to celebrate AAPI Heritage Month. This series contains planning documents, flyers, and images from each event. This series is organized chronologically.
