Ironton Journal Ledgers
Scope and Content
The Ironton Journal ledgers span from 1872 to 1873 and consists of three ledgers: Advertising Ledger, Cash Book and Day Book. The Advertising Ledger contains the name of advertiser and amount of money paid for it. The Cash book (undated) contains the debits and credits including salaries, paid bills and advertising expenses. The Day Book (undated) contains the description of work, names of workers and bills paid for it.
