Biography of Charlotte E. La Tourrette
Charlotte E. La Tourrette joined the Ohio University (OU) faculty in 1929 as a professor in the School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation. She remains at OU for forty-two years. While a professor, she participated as a faculty advisor, taught sports through the Woman's Athletic Association, and conducted a recreation program for patients at the Athens State Hospital.
