Ohio University 2021 Virtual Band Clinic

Meet our faculty and students from wherever you are, join us for a 2021 Virtual Band Clinic, Feb. 11-12.

In place of our annual Honor Band event, this year we invite you to take a (virtual) tour of the School of Music, meet our faculty and current students, enjoy performances by the Ohio University Chamber Ensembles, Jazz Ensemble, and our Wind Symphony. Participate in individual lessons or small group masterclasses, and get answers to your questions during our Q&A session with faculty and current students.  

SCHEDULE:

Thursday, February 11, 2021 

• 4:00pm Welcome and Virtual Tour 
• 5:00pm Faculty Performances 
• 6:00pm Q&A Session 
• 8:00pm Concert with OHIO Wind Symphony

Friday, February 12, 2021 

• 9am-12pm Lessons with applied faculty (schedule individually*) ( sign up here ) 
• 2:00pm Open Rehearsal with Wind Symphony 
• 4:00pm Virtual Masterclasses with Applied Faculty 
• 5:00pm Performance by Chamber Ensembles 
• 7:00pm Performance by Jazz Ensemble 
  
  *Additional opportunities for lessons will be available in the afternoon on Saturday Feb. 13, 2021.
