This year's OWEP conference will explore the theme “Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) through the COVID-19 Pandemic." The event will also feature numerous healthcare experts in the field of OUD/SUD prevention, treatment and recovery, specifically those residing within the following federally designated high-need & high-demand counties: Athens, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton and Washington.
