The annual CIS World Languages Welcoming Potluck Party is scheduled on Friday, October 6, 2023 to welcome the new and returning language students who are currently studying any languages taught by CIS. The event also celebrates the languages and cultures of Africa and Asia. This year's theme will be “ghosts from around the world" that all everyone to explore from 8 countries including Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Niger and Nigeria, Thailand, and Vietnam. Prizes will be given to winners who collect the most charms or talismans from different tables. Authentic food and drinks from Asia and African will also be served.
