Dr Shih-Hua (Shona) Chang is a Fulbright visiting scholar from National Taiwan Normal University and she is currently finishing up a year at UCLA. Dr. Chang is an alumna of our Counselor Education Ph.D. program and will be visiting Ohio University on June 17 and 18.
