This program will be utilizing our Charlie Cart, which was purchased with grant help from the United Way. Ramen will be cooked on the Charlie Cart while participants prepare their additional ingredients to upgrade their ramen bowls.

We will also be learning a short history of why ramen was invented during this cooking class.
