Akron Law Professor Teaches Mock Law Class, Feb. 16

Professor Dana Cole of the University of Akron Law School  joins the Center for Law, Justice & Culture and Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity on Tuesday, Feb. 16, from 7 to 8 p.m. via Teams.

The event is free, no registration is required, and all students and alumni are encouraged to attend.

Before joining the faculty at Akron, Cole practiced law full-time for 11 years. He has extensive jury trial experience in state and federal court. At Akron, he teaches Evidence, Criminal Law, and Trial Advocacy. He also developed the University of Akron’s Summer Trial Academy and has served as the director of the program since it was created. Since 2002, Cole has taught at the Harvard Law School Winter Trial Advocacy Workshop and teaches Comparative Criminal Law in the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law study abroad program in Ireland. Additionally, he has been on the faculty of the Trial Lawyers College since 1996, and served as the Secretary of the Board from 2014-2020.
