Topics covered: Communicating properly with your pet, correct ways to correct, making learning fun for you and them, watching the claim, how to love the leash, the importance of structure in the home
All dogs must be leashed and proof of current vaccinations is required. Puppies must have their first set of shots from a veterinarian so they have been checked for parvo. You are responsible for your own pet. If you have a dog with behavioral issues with other dogs or people, it must be muzzled and you must alert Ann Holmes ( holmesa1@ohio.edu ) before the start of the workshop. Water and dishes provided.

Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.
Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
