For this event\, YES!!\n\nJoin us on March 4th at 1pm for a screening of BEST IN SHOW: Fundraiser for Friends of the Shelter Dogs. Bring your dog\, or come and hang out with adoptable dogs fro m the Athens County Dog Shelter!\n\nAfraid your dog won’t be able to sit th rough the film? We will have red carpet photos available for purchase durin g our open house session.\n\nIn addition to the screening\, we will be offe ring red carpet photos with your pet\, homemade treats and a raffle for a s tained glass custom pet portrait courtesy of Sun Spots by Adria (Instagram: @sunspotsbyadria\, Facebook: Sun Spots). Admission for the film is $10 and includes a treat for your friend. Raffle tickets are one for $3\, two for $5. Red carpet photos are $5. All proceeds will be donated to Friends of th e Shelter Dogs.\n\nEvent Schedule\n\n1 – 2pm: Open house (photos\, treats\, hang-out)\n\n2pm: Film starts\n\n2:45 – 3:15pm: Film intermission\n\n4pm: Film ends\n\nRequirements\n\nWe require that dogs be current with vaccinati ons. Please leave aggressive dogs at home for everyone’s safety. All dogs m ust be on a regular\, non-retractable leash.\n\nAbout Friends of the Shelte r Dogs\n\nFriends of the Shelter Dogs is a is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organi zation that provides assistance to the dogs in the Athens County Dog Shelte r by providing veterinary support for sick and injured dogs\, spaying and n eutering\, rescue operations and the promotion of the dogs in the shelter.
