In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month\, we are cooking Chicken Adobo\, a favorite dish o f the Philippines\, and Candy Sushi.\n \n\n \n\n\nOur featured chef is Ohio University's Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion Dr. Gigi S ecuban. Secuban is an avid home baker and known around campus for her delic ious dishes and baked goods.\n\nBobcat Summer Fun Days\nJoin the Ohio Unive rsity Alumni Association for our Bobcat Summer Fun Days virtual series.
