With New Year’s Eve right around the corner, it’s time to explore Champagne. This class will go over a variety of sparkling wine and champagne, discussing the difference in style and taste featuring a flight of 4 sparkling wines. In addition, we will be making one champagne cocktail. As always, everyone will be leaving with a free gift to help you ring in the new year.

Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.

Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
