With New Year's Eve right around the corner, it’s time to explore Champagne. This class will cover a variety of sparkling wines and champagne, discussing the difference in style and featuring a flight of 4 sparkling wines.  In addition we will be making one champagne cocktail.  As always, everyone will be leaving with a free gift to help you ring in the new year.
