About:

In this two-part workshop, make your own 9" x 14" charcuterie/cheese board using locally sourced live edge boards! You will also put together the perfect charcuterie board, with meats, cheeses, and so much more! Registrants will walk away learning the basics of milling, glue up, shape and handle design, as well as sanding and finishing. Receive tips on pairings, information on meats and cheeses, and demonstrate different design techniques for creating a unique charcuterie board. Go home with your creation and the satisfaction of knowing you built it from beginning to end!

Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.

Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
