Counseling and Psychological Services is offering a space where any student can drop-in to learn a coping strategy to better manage stress, connect with peers, and have experience practicing stress management strategies, including mindfulness exercises. There is no limit for how often you can use this service, and you don’t have to be a CPS client in order attend. The workshop will take place on Wednesdays at 11am in Lindley Hall 052 from 10.11.23 through 12.6.23 (except the week of Thanksgiving). Please take time to reduce your stress and improve your mental wellbeing by attending Coping Cafe this semester!
