We’ll go throu gh the motions of life\, living out a story about what our life is supposed to look like that was given to us at six or seven. This is your Script.\n\ n \n\nYour Script is the way life is “supposed to look\,” what you “should” or “should not be” spending your time doing. And while following this Scri pt might be okay for some\, for many it’s keeping us trapped in circumstanc es that don’t work:\n\n \n\n - Toxic friendships based only on shared h istory\,\n - A job they don’t like but don’t feel like they can leave\, \n - An okay romantic relationship that leaves much to be desired.\n\n \n\nBut your Script is not inevitable.
