"Diversity, Equity and Justice in Elementary Mathematics Education: What it can look like in research and practice" is an invited talk/presentation and will be hosted by the Committee of Diversity, Equity and Social Justice in the Patton College of Education. This presentation will be given by Dr. Courtney Koestler, a faculty member in the college's Department of Teacher Education . In this presentation, Dr. Koestler will share their recent work in mathematics education related to diversity, equity and justice in elementary classrooms and elementary teacher education courses.
