Fordham is com ing to campus as a part of the Diversity in the Workplace Speaker Series to talk about her experiences at OU and post-graduation and inform students a bout how diversity makes an impact on the daily lives of workers.\n\n \n\nF ordham is an experienced DEI practitioner and educator at the Center for Em ployment Opportunities. She specializes in Diversity and Inclusion training and facilitation. Fordham has a passion for social justice and advocacy wo rk and believes in the power of authenticity in the workplace. She has par tnered with organizations to create and implement DEI-focused training and initiatives that seek to address multi-layered social issues through courag eous conversations. In 2019\, Fordham was named an Emerging Leader by Bank of America and in March of 2022\, she was selected as a TEDx Speaker for TE DxUCincinnati\, discussing the importance of inclusion in the workplace. Fo rdham continues to shape the experiences of individuals in her community th rough the power of education and storytelling.
