Teaching excellence at OHIO is described using six descriptors (well-designed\, well-delivered\, inclusive\, learner-focused\, reflective\ , and evolving) and eight criteria (preparation\, engagement\, inclusion\, subject expertise\, pedagogical competence\, outcomes\, improvement\, and a daptability/innovation).
