We will collect unexpired canned goods and non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Columbus Food Rescue.\n\nRegistrants can enjoy complimentary cheeses teaks and fries while supplies last. Other food items will be available for purchase.\n\nThe goal for this year's food drive is to collect at least 20 0 canned goods in honor of John Newton Templeton’s 200th anniversary of bec oming Ohio University’s first Black student! Attendees are asked to bring t wo or more canned goods to donate\, and family and friends of alumni are we lcome. Needed food items include peanut butter\, canned meat (chicken or tu na)\, canned vegetables\, canned fruit\, pasta\, and cereal.\n\nIn addition \, EBN Columbus will pay homage to Roshelle Pate\, founder of "The Food Sol dier" initiative and a military veteran who fought the war on hunger\, food insecurities\, and unhealthy eating. Roshelle attended Ohio University and passed away in 2023.\n\nPlease join us in supporting those in need in our community!\n\nCan't make it to this event?
