About Eldercare and the Law:
This presentation will address the role of caregivers and fiduciaries for elders and parents. As a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and a director of a hospice agency, the presenters will elaborate on the use of Power of Attorney documents, asset protection, and the roles that loved ones often serve. This presentation is intended to be helpful for both elders needing long term care as well as caregivers.
