DEIABJ Workshop Series: Engaging and Networking for Sense of Belonging

As we recognize DEIAB is related to each of us, still many of us do not know how? Why is DEIAB important, what does it do to me, how can I contribute, and where to start? This workshop is an educational session to present the audience with facts and data, the impact of DEIAB on each individual, case studies from the AAPI-LEAD faculty and staff affinity organization, and strategies for individual engagement to build a sense of belonging. The presentation will follow up with a panel discussion.
