In-person Graduate Student Orientation (GSO) - Fall 2021

RECOMMENDED for all incoming Athens-based graduate students

The Graduate College hosts an in-person orientation for all Athens-based students before classes begin in August. Come meet continuing graduate students, learn about the Ohio University and Athens communities, and meet other incoming graduate students.

These sessions are scheduled for  Thursday, August 19, 2021 , in the  Baker University Center Ballroom  at the following times:

• 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM 
  for graduate students in the
  College of Arts and Sciences,
  Graduate College, and
  Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service 
• 11 AM – 1 PM
  for graduate students in the
  Center for International Studies,
  College of Fine Arts,
  Russ College of Engineering and Technology, and
  Scripps College of Communication 
• 1:30 – 3:30 PM
  for graduate students in the
  College of Health Sciences and Professions,
  College of Business, and
  Patton College of Education
