H is poems have appeared in The Best American Poetry\, APR\, Poetry\, New Eng land Review\, The Kenyon Review\, New Ohio Review\, and others. He lives in northwest Missouri and co-edits the Laurel Review. He earned a Ph.D. in En glish from Ohio University's College of Arts and Sciences.
