The fitness class is an hour-long program that will be held by Kathy Normansell, professor and the Sport and Lifestyle Studies Program Coordinator at Ohio University Zanesville. 

The class will show how to stay active throughout the day so that you can meet your New Year fitness goals.

The class will be held Thursday, January 13, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the John McIntire Library located in meeting room B in downtown Zanesville.

It is highly recommended to wear comfortable and active clothes the the class. To register for the class, please visit the MCLS website at  muskingumlibrary.org  on the events calendar.
