Join OHIO Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion Gigi Secuban and Executive Chef Tim Bruce, as they host a cooking demo at 6:00 p.m. EDT featuring fried ravioli, a favorite from the beloved former campus restaurant The Oasis. Secuban, an avid home baker, and Bruce will demonstrate how to assemble and fry this tasty comfort food in the Jefferson Marketplace’s Culinary Studio.

Follow along with your family as Secuban and Bruce walk you through the steps to make this delicious dish just like the Oasis used to do it. Dinner will be ready by the time you are done! The ingredients and recipe are included in the confirmation email you will receive after you register for the event.
