Join President Lori Stewart Gonzalez and esteemed delegates from Chubu University for a special ceremony to dedication Friendship Park at the Cherry Grove. 

This Park will serve as a gathering place on the OHIO campus for faculty, staff, students, alumni, and residents who visit the cherry groves and celebrate our years of educational and cultural exchange with Chubu University that have so deeply enriched our community.

This historic event will include remarks from OHIO leadership, Chubu University Leadership, and an opportunity to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of our institutional connections and friendship. 

We will plant 50 new Cherry Trees donated in honor of Dr. Atsuo Iiyoshi, dedicate Friendship Park, and break ground for the construction of the Friendship Park Pavilion.
