It educates about the diversities of gender identity\, gender exp ression\, pronouns\, and sexuality as they relate to both personal and prof essional contexts. \n\n \n\nThis presentation will explore different ways t o create a welcoming and understanding environment for people of various ge nders\, identities\, sexualities\, and levels of being out.\n\n \n\nBy lear ning about inclusive terminology and exploring some of the health dispariti es faced by LGBTQIA+ communities\, we will practice using inclusive languag e\, examine strategies for dialogue\, and open pathways of communication ab out the experiences of LGBTQIA+ people.
