Join OHIO Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion Gigi Secuban and Executive Chef Tim Bruce, as they host a cooking demo featuring the University’s iconic HoHo cake. Secuban, an avid home baker, and Bruce will walk through how to bake, assemble, and decorate the famous cake in the Jefferson Marketplace’s Culinary Studio.

I loved it! I remember a darker/heavier ganache layer, along with sugar crystals (it always had a little crunch, which was yummy.) I may adapt the recipe to fit more of what I would like, but this was a great foundation to start. Thank you for the demo!
