Grab some friends and join us for a fun holiday cocktail class! Tara Gillum, owner and operator of Steiner's Speakeasy and Nationally recognized cocktail creator, will share a variety of great drink ideas for your holiday celebrations whether they are small, large, or virtual! We will introduce you to cocktail making using different spirits, mixers, fruits, herbs, and spices. You will receive hands-on experience making your own simple syrup, and the importance of garnishing a cocktail. Plus, we'll be mixing up two amazingly festive cocktails.

About the Instructor:

Tara is the owner of Steiner’s Speakeasy  in Chillicothe, OH. Steiner’s had been given many accolades including the #5 Americana and Folk Music venue in the country by America Roots Magazine and honored as one of America’s Great Bourbon Bars by  Greatbourbon.com.  Tara is beer server certified through the cicerone program, certified in tequila through the Tequila Regulatory Commission of Mexico, and an alumni of Tiki by the Sea, which is a Tiki course taught in Wildwood, New Jersey. She has spoken at multiple bar conferences and won multiple nationwide cocktail competitions.
