Situated during LGBTQ+ Pride Month, i want to reach you showcases twelve regionally-based artists exploring contemporary queer life. The featured works examine points of connection/disconnection and intimacy/isolation in this precarious political present for queer communities. Artworks by Carmelo Amenta, Darian Knapp, Emma Loomis-Amrhein, Felicity Gunn, Jaquelee Chit Yu Chau, Michelle Eisen, Nico Fuentes, Ray Perez, Sarah Doherty, Shockley Traub, Terra Talamh, and Veronica Leto will be on view. Curated by Ohio University MFA Candidates/Majestic Galleries members Jacq Garcia and Selena Loomis, the show is open May 26th-June 25th. Join us for an opening reception, Friday May 26th from 5-8pm.
