#OHIOCIS60, #IEW2024This forum will promote discussion and dialogue among colleagues from OHIO, OSU, and the community about the realities, challenges, and opportunities that immigration brings to Ohio, and to the issues immigrants/refugees navigate. Discussions will focus mostly on Ohio/SE Ohio but would include the U.S. immigrant context and discussion of the African community in Columbus and migrant farm workers in the state.
Tentative forum panelists include:

Overview of U.S. immigration and refugee situation in the US (and Ohio)
Anisa Kline, OSU:
Immigrant farm workers in Ohio (applied research on transient labor force in Ohio)
