About: 

Introducing Icing will have you decorating cookies and cakes like a pro with just a few techniques. Learn how to mix royal icing for sugar cookies and buttercream for cakes and then decorate your own in class. Ice cookies with the flooding method and apply simple techniques to create stunning designs. Practice frosting a simple cake with dots, ribbons, swirls, and flowers.

At the end of the course you get to keep a starter set of piping tips and a decorator's spatula to bring designs to life at home.

Community Education workshops are open to the general public regardless of educational background.

Community Education workshops are non-credit and do not carry credit applicable toward an Ohio University degree or transfer to other institutions.
