Those interested in attending can register for this event via Handshake. \n\n \n\nGiles received her Bachelor's of Law from the University of Glasgo w and then her Master's of Law from Harvard University. Giles served as a l itigation associate with the firm of BakerHostetler and then joined Capital University Law School in 1990. Her scholarship focuses on Civil Procedure and on First Amendment/Media Law issues. An innovative and enthusiastic tea cher\, she recently published\, with co-authors\, “Click & Learn: Civil Pro cedure” an interactive online casebook designed to enhance student learning by providing immediate feedback and complete explanations on thousands of civil procedure questions.
