The 2022 MAC Cross Country Championship has come to Athens. The events will take place Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Ohio University Golf Course with the women's 6k set to start at 11 a.m., followed by the men's 8k set to begin at 12 p.m. Awards will follow at the conclusion of the events. 

Competing on the women's side are all 12 MAC schools, while on the men's side, Eastern Michigan, Miami, Buffalo, Akron, Central Michigan Ohio, Toledo, Bowling Green and Kent State will compete. Last season, Eastern Michigan won the men's title. while Toledo claimed the women's championship. 

Admission is free to the event and it will be streamed live for those unable to attend.
