Her love of sports photography stems from her time playing soccer g rowing up and working for the Athletics Department at Ohio University. Afte r one game on the sideline at Peden Stadium\, she was hooked. \n\nShe gradu ated with a photojournalism degree in 2014 and held internships at The Wash ington Post and the Seattle Times. She was hired by Getty Images in 2015 an d has been based in Boston ever since. \n\nCatch Maddie Meyer live as she w ill hold a student portfolio review on November 1\, starting at 2 p.m. Whil e in the evening\, she will also deliver a lecture on her experiences as a sports photographer.
