BEGIN:VCALENDAR VERSION:2.0 CALSCALE:GREGORIAN PRODID:iCalendar-Ruby BEGIN:VEVENT CATEGORIES: DESCRIPTION:Mark Tobin Moore\, a Charleston\, W.Va.-based artist\, will hav e his work displayed in the OHIO Southern art gallery through Dec. 3. \n\nT here will be a virtual Meet the Artist Q&A at 3 p.m. on Dec. 2 via Zoom. \ n\nRegister here to receive the link. \n\nMoore is a mixed media painter an d collagist whose work has been displayed all over the United States as wel l as Germany and France.\n\nHe is a Navy veteran and earned his bachelor's degree in studio art from the University of Charleston\, a master's degree in art from Marshall University and a Master of Fine Art in painting from W est Virginia University. He has taught art classes at the university level as well as at many museums.\n\nThis year he joined a veteran’s artist grou p\, Uniting US\, based in Northern Virginia\, that exhibits creative work b y veterans nationwide. Two of his paintings have been included in two diffe rent group exhibitions this year at the Military Women’s Memorial at the en trance to Arlington National Cemetery. \n\nGallery hours are: 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
